What products does Cvwwiki offer?
Cvwwiki offers aquascaping supplies such as aquarium tanks, driftwood, stones, decoration kits, and layout essentials to help you create natural-looking underwater landscapes.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States only. At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries or regions unless otherwise stated at checkout.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How long will delivery take?
Standard shipping usually takes 7-12 business days after processing. Expedited shipping usually takes 5-7 business days after processing. Total delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $9.99, and free standard shipping is available on orders of $69 or more. Expedited shipping is available for $19.99.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@cvwwiki.com. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging or included accessories where applicable. Please contact us before sending any item back.
Do you offer exchanges?
